REFUND POLICY

Gemio accepts returns if postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.

Returns which have been opened or used are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, to be determined by us upon receipt. Returns must be in the original packaging and contain all originally included accessories, parts and inserts.

Returns postmarked past 30 days of receipt of the original shipment, or returns that are incomplete, altered or otherwise damaged, are not eligible for return and may be refused and reshipped to the buyer.

Outbound shipping charges will be withheld from the refund amount.

Items originally received in damaged or nonworking condition are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty; please message us on Facebook or IG to arrange an exchange.

Please include your original packing slip for efficient processing. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance. Gemio does not accept COD deliveries and is not responsible for lost shipments.

Please allow three weeks from the time you mail your return for us to process and issue the refund to your original form of payment.
